You are pricing this on only one sale. I believe that you are only able to use one sale to price an unusual if the hat either went to a collector or has not been resold in a month. Obviously, the buyer intends to resell the hat, so I don't believe that this suggestion is valid. If somebody could back this up as well, that would be great.
