Before overpay, 10.8. After overpay, 9.7. Add 3 pure, and this is ~13 flat. It would be nice if the slug was updated, but it probably won't really effect the value too much, so 13 flat should be okay for that sale. However, there have been multiple other sales you will need to look at before setting a price here.
