He sold it on December 5...(This is 1 month ago, I think....)

Can you get some visual proof of that? Inventory histories, trade histories etc?

At first, he offered 4 keys, the seller asked 2 more, the buyer added (note that he applied the spell on a V. Max)

Could consider it too old in some cases, but for an item so rarely traded like this one, he has valid proof.
