Suggestion: Genuine AWPer Hand at 7 ref

Also steam community market http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Genuine%20AWPer%20Hand has sold multiple for $1.60 - $1.70 which is around 10 ref. Although you can't use the market as sole evidence, it does show that the awper hand needs a price raise.
