Having a closer look at the 12 keys sales that you presented,

The Orbiting Fire Hetmans has a really outdated price. I would be surprised if it is still ~13 keys as you valued in your mini suggestion.

Nuts n Bolts Hetmans mini suggestion, there is an 11 keys seller now on outpost for 3 days now http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24593634 . With overpay applied taking 11 keys a the price, it will be ~10 keys
With 11 keys taking 13 days to sell for 10 keys ultimately and the nuts n bolts hetman's sale ~10 keys. I would go for 10 keys flat and call the orbiting fire blokes bucket sale an outlier if need be since the value of the orbiting fire hetmans is probably less than it should be.
I will let you close this yourself and resuggest at 10 keys flat. Cheers.
