It's a young b/o. Just because a hat can't sell witha b/o of 13 in one doesn't mean it can't sell for more than that in a reasonable amount of time. And the 14.5 sale is a pure one. Have to be really convincing data to call that an outlier. I'd go with 10.5-14.5.
