And, I hate to do this to you, but there were 2 keys in sweets added with the CM for the bliz. belt, in the form of a painted EA + some hats (see http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198078986177?time=1419235200 )

Also, as far as the bliz. belt goes, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24495625 sold for 1 bud 14 keys pure (~2 buds), I personally would call the belt 2, making the sale for the stormy cm 2 * 0.9 = 1.8 - 2 keys = 1.7 buds, idk if that's worth a re-suggest though.
