One sale for 4.05, all the b/os are about 3 buds, and a sale for 1.44 but it may have been a quicksell. B/o's fit in this huge range but the 1.44 may have been a quicksell so I'll use the common b/o for bottom. Not sure if that's okay...

IF based on new price: 1.6*.9= 1.44

IF based on old price: 2.7+3/2*.9=2.565

The Old Guad trade also accepted an offer of 21 keys (~1.4)

Also the two trades were done within a day so maybe it counts as a quickbuy/sell?

This definitely needs a range but I'm not entirely sure this is the right one.

there are many B/Os under 4, can't be in range

and the modest needs a mini

modest pile of hats needs a mini, with all those low b.o's I think anything above 3 should be out of the range. I';d say ideally try and price some of the other unusuals in your additional proof as a mini and use them for this mate.
