I bought this hat for 5 buds last night. Unless I can get a very specific 1 of 2 hat that I'm looking for that isn't for sale, this won't be sold again.

Well first of all, the max is a level 1 max. http://backpack.tf/item/1302687914 so it should really be valued at 3 buds.
You are right that it is diffficult to determine an outlier here as the first sale took 3 days and the second sale took 1 week which isn't helped by the scarce offers as well. None of which can be called quicksale. Seeing that this is probably not going to be sold for a while and it is unpriced, I will accept a wide range here.
A range of 3 -5 buds and a range of 3.3-5 buds only have a difference of a mean value of ~0.15 buds difference, there is no need to resuggest. I'll accept this range as it is.
