The offer will never be right, he's a collector. Unless you want to waddle up to him with eight pure or something (under which circumstance I'll resuggest) the offer will not be right.

He's just like any other collector. If you roll up and offer triple what he paid, he'll sell, he's not an idiot.

But that wont' happen because people know what he paid.
