The heck, the offers are higher than the sales...
I feel like this was a huge outlier. . . Especially since offers are very different from this.
Some investigation needa to be done or something.
I think the guy just rushed to sell.
This is needed at least to keep lowballers away since it can be unclear what he paid for it.
I would quote polar in this case but I suppose it would take some time to find it. For such high-tier hats there is no real price guidline and it's more like a declaration of sales. If it resells higher, I can't see a problem in suggesting a new price for it.
The problem is, there are several offers blowing away that sale. That sale is an obvious outlier and on top of that, it's back for sale so you have to wait for it to sell before pricing it anyways.
Nah, such tier hats meet the first exception rule, so a month period is not needed
Agreed, but if the offers are showing something entirely different, it's not worth documenting.
If the owner wasn't selling or wasn't getting any offers, I'd agree with you.
While I do declare this is a sold, the current offers are pushing this way out of the ballpark as an outlier.
I would wait until that one sells and then we take it as a price.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24468330 - Has offers over 100, why is this still open?
Mind showing those offers?
They're on the trade
CM bomber or maybe lantern l'inspecteur? Or what?
Highest documented offer is the tyrants offers. I would give this a range of ~70-80 based on that. I don't think anyone could argue with that range. There's literally nothing else documented anywhere to call those outliers.
Yea, many retracted and iffy offers. Is it fine to make a range out of an offer btw?
If it's a valid offer and it's not an outlier, then sure. Obviously can't use rejected offers to make the low end, but it's fine to use it for the high end.
