Conclusion: Judging by the offers and the more recent sale, ~2.7 buds looks like an outlier though I do need some mod feedback.
But what if the second sale is an outlier?
Most likely not a outlier, considering the seller had other high value offers
It had a retracted max head offer and a haunted ghosts hallmark that's outdated (5 buds atm), still not enough to assume the high end isn't an outlier either. It would probably be best to wait for another sale.
Regarding the hallmark from what I can understand the owner was trying to offer it on several haunted ghosts hallmarks which would kind of render to top end an outlier also.
True, just looked and saw the owner of the toque was willing to trade for the hallmark. Looks like this really should be lower
