Your low end seems to be inaccurate seeing how he had an offer of 1 bud + 2 keys. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23606565 and also in the trade he mentioned that he sold it for 20 keys before in a couple of hours.

His backpack history actually confirmed the claim. You will be able to identify the 5 keys in addition to that through the item history id.
