Should sale 3 be worth around 4 buds since your mini is for 4?

The Mini is with a Sheen and Effect of Flames and Daffodil, which is (if you price Killstreaks) higher than Mean Green and Tornado.

The sheen doesnt matter. Just use the same value for anysheen
