I don't like the entire suggestion because it has no proof.

You need proof that it should be 0.33-1 ref. Provide sales at 0.33-1 ref and show unsolds at 2 ref showing that 2 ref is outdated and 0.33-1 ref is a better price range instead of 2 ref.
