There's more than one for sale, and the unusual in the trade has sold again since the trade. There is currently one for 14 keys which appears to have sold: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24588113 I wouldn't doubt there are other recent sales which have occurred. You cannot base a suggestion on a single sale if there are others on the market.
