Looks like the samur eye is gonna be in the ~1.5 bud range, too low for this.

It wasn't sold for 3 buds pure. It was sold for Engineer's Cap miami nights + Strange Specialized Killstreak Festive Minigun + Gifted Strange Professional Killstreak Festive Scattergun Easily more than 3 buds. None the less, the b/o would've capped this sale at 3 buds.
