Thought this could have went 70 flat after looking on outpost after The One's suggestion passed.

You should price based on actual sales instead of buyers. The 75 key buyer bought one here - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24689816. I'm sure there are more 5 buds sales around. That's what the non-ks ones are going for.
