Good deal. Proof is solid and I support you on saying the 1.6 is an outlier, especially when the other sales are closer to 1-1.2.

1 and 1.2 are a lot more similar than 1.2 and 1.6

Well, what would have happened if I didn't put that in the suggestion, and left it out of this since I thought it to be an outlier? I doubt you would have went to go find it since there is 3 sales here and I only need 2 sales to give it a price in the first place. I mean, after all, you seem to main in 1 link suggestions, right?
1-1.6 is okay, 1.2 is also in range, can't ignore a sale which is very close to the low end plus no need to be agressive, I'm only giving you advice, not an order.
I'm gonna try make some sense of this "1.6 outlier" crap. But I'll actually try back up what I'm saying.

The point here is that 1.6 needs to be proven to be an outlier, which would make sense. However, in this case, there's sales at ~8 keys, 1, 1.2, 1.6. Cutting out the low and high sales is indeed fine, and overrides all this. So, uh, yeah, the outliers are pretty clear on both ends here.

An outlier is a deviation from the mean, which is what Merndy is trying to say. With 2 sales very close together and one that isn't, it doesn't really fit with the two other prices.
This may or may not be my personal opinion, but it's what merndy is trying to express.
