Hey, the highballing d!ck here. Figure'd I'd set things right.

Firstoff, the proof. I paid 70 keys (5 buds @ the 14k ea at the time of trade) + a Roboactive private eye (5.9) = 10.9 http://imgur.com/CtzQeHN

Previous owner paid a HOUWAR (duped, mini'd at 10 buds with proof enough from puddington's trade here http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24451295)

(before) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198028850197?time=1420272000

(after) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198028850197?time=1420531200

= 10 buds

Made the range 10-11, because the private is using the median price, can be moved a little either way.

Thanks, first suggestion here and all. Tell me if there is any clarification I need to do. Anyways, back to being an outpost highballer :)

Need a mini for the Private Eye, and you also need to apply overpay.

Use any proof you want the private eye is already priced. And what am I applying overpay on?

you dont know what a mini is do you?

First time, so not really. I've got two sales with their prices. You wanted proof? I gave the proof.

someone already countered yours and theirs is correct - http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54bc7c4dba8d8878738b48cd

              B/o doesn't equal price.

You're new to pricing and the first thing you price is something you own

The other guy is on a mission to spread misinformation. I figured I'd put my proof on the table.

Applying overpay in unusual suggestions is multiplying the unusuals' paid values by 0.9.

So for example, 5.9 * 0.9 = 5.31 rounded to 5.3, which you should maybe round to 5 so you have 10 buds flat instead of a range.

And a mini suggestion is a small suggestion inside of yours because the Roboactive Private Eye is out of date, so you'll have to find a recent sale of the Private Eye to prove its worth 5.9, or maybe even more or less.

Hope this helped; I'm not an experienced unusual suggestor, but maybe I could guide you in the right way. There's an unusual suggestion cheat sheet somewhere, but I'm not sure what the link is. Maybe someone can post it for me.

Why would I do that? It's priced at 5.9, we both valued it as 5.9, and it was unusual for unusual. We don't count any prices at .9 of them, why would a price suggestion then use .9?

It doesn't matter if you both value it at 5.9; you need to apply overpay anyway.

Maybe look at this guy's suggestion for an example of examples of minis and applying overpay.

B/o /= price. That's the first thing the guide tells you

It's a mini suggestion, so he can use the B/O because it doesn't have to be as precise or specific. Go argue with him if you don't think his suggestion should pass.
