A suggestion was passed the day after he traded (December 6th) that put buds at 13-13.5, so they were already traded in that range (it was a drop). That would make the sale 4 buds + 58 / 13.25 = 8.3 buds, same as his B/O 110 / 13.25 = 8.3.

Yeah, it was not passed then. Still, the evidence from it shows the market trend - buds were 13-13.5 when the trade was made.
