That sale was 11 buds + 50 keys pure. The Massed Flies Titanium Tyrolean was not part of the trade. The history and the id doesn't match the keys. http://backpack.tf/item/3349122673

The content of the sale can be more easily identified through the buyer's backpack as this unuusal is the only item he obtained whilst the buds + keys were gone from his backpack.
