How come the first sale is classified as a quicksale? Surely it sold within a day, but the last sale only took less than an hour.

Also, not that it matters so much, but the SF Sniper Rifle is gifted.

It's a value thing as much as anything else. Quicksales are determined, yes, by how quick they go, but all based on value.
