Again, other unsold is unbumbed, from creation, which means it's invalid. The other one is too young (correct me someone who has more experience if it's old enough) so i have to say no. I know theres a small market, but the lack of proof suggest a price change isn't neccesary.

That's why he hasn't taken 1 ref out of the range. Insufficient proof to remove it.

The day old 0.66 trade is enough to validate the drop to 0.66-1

note to others: 1 is still in the range as there is insufficient proof to remove it.

Given the unsolds are all unbumped and there is only one seller for low range, a more conservative drop is appropriate.
