You need sellers and solds
Buyers are better proofs than sellers and sales so this is fine.
You need solds to raise the price of something.
Unless buyers are willing to consistently buy it higher than its current price.
He has people that is buying it above the current price, which is sufficient proof.

Do you even know how to make price suggestions?
I had my suggestion rejected because I didnt have solds to raise the price :|
What, you mean this? http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54b936efb98d881c518b493d
You didn't have buyers either, you were basing the prices only on OFFERS (offers=/=buyers). Buyers make trades, saying they are willing to pay a certain amount for an item (if they pay more than the current BP.TF price, its valid). Offers on the other hand, how do I put this, they go around placing prices to see if the seller/buyer MIGHT accept it. If the seller/buyer accepts it, then its a valid sold. If the seller/buyer rejects, then its a invalid price towards them.
From your suggestion, the offers were either denied or negotiated. Did any of them accepted the offers? No.
