I know the suggestion may not be 100% correct but I think it's very valid considering how big a part of this sale the hat will have.

So..

4.3 - 5.2 would have a median of 4.75 which would round to 4.8

4.8 * 0.9 = 4.32 roudning to 4.3

Total = 4.3 Buds
