I quickbought it for 8 buds mixed; RA jeepcap(50keys), miami milkman(40keys), +2 buds the same day the guy before me got it.

Grimm is outdated, and you need to apply overpay.
looks like people are asking 11 for it on outpost, and what would the overpay be? the guys agreed to trade 1:1
In trades that don't involve pure, such as unusuals, the unusual's values would need to be multiplied by 0.9, or 10%, and the result needs to be used.
it doesn't say that on the suggestion tutorial, where is it written?

'If the suggestion is for an offered hat (where the person offering on another hat is technically expected to overpay), do not calculated overpay or reverse overpay. Take both hats at 100% of their original average value." the guy told me he offered on the grimm so wouldn't that mean there's no overpay to calculate
Maybe on just the Grimm, but it's price is still outdated, and you would need to apply overpay on the other unusuals.
Did you apply overpay?
Also, Grimm Hatte is outdated, needs a mini. Probably wouldn't hurt for the war pig as well, though it's not necessary.

Just as a heads up, all prices on this site are supposed to reflect the prices of hats in pure. Trades in unusuals require a factor of overpay - 10% - to determine the pure values. http://i.imgur.com/SKUbU9T.png - if it was a clean scorching grimm, i might have been okay going with 10 pure given that the clean owner has declined 10 pure recently. however, the grimm involved there is duped, and those have been selling closer to 9. you'll need to provide a mini for that before using it as proof.

Perhaps the sale at 8 is a true quicksell. But your other two sales have a value closer to ~9 after overpay. It's fine to count the nunhood sale as 9.4 since those hats are up-to-date, but you'll need to find some sales on the duped scorching grimm to show what it's worth before using that as proof here.
