Yeah I think this might be an outlier considering the other sellers and how long ago it happened, just thought it's worth noting.

1.33 is already in the range. But there are quite a few sellers under than as shown in comments plus the one in classifieds

The 'backpack.tf price' sellers do not specify what part of range, it can't be assumed they'll happily accept low range. Between the buyer trade and the ~1.66 ref sale a couple weeks ago, there's enough to validate suggested price. And without solid counterproof, there's no justifying going against the votes here. Accepting.
