The sale you have described was actually used to price the headsplitter, which is really problematic. Going with the pure sale.

Sold for a KaW Headsplitter + DBD Berliner's + unkwnown amount of keys. The unusuals after overpay are (4.3*0.9)+(1.45*0.9)=3.9+1.3=5.2 + some keys, but I don't think he paid 3 buds in keys

But raising a price needs a sale that shows someone's willing to pay more.

I'm not an expert of unusual suggestions, it doesn't work like common items. On unusual suggestions it doesn't matter if you raise or drop it, you only need valid sales to support the suggested range
