This is my first suggestion I would like some constructive criticism.

There's only one seller at your low end.

Classifieds cannot be used to price an item, only to show a trend in the price, as supportive proof.

Can sellers in-between/below my suggested range count as proof or can I only have sellers at the low end and unsolds at the high end?

A range can only be actual prices. You can, and is good practice to have sellers between and below to support your case, but the actual range has to be at those prices.

Here's an example:

An item has the following sellers: 2.3 keys, 2.3 keys, 2.4 keys, 2.7 keys, 2.8 keys, 2.7 keys.

You can't have a price of 2.5 keys. Even though it's being sold at around that price, there is no proof of 2.5 itself.

In yours, your low end doesn't have enough proof to have it at 7.5, you only have 1 seller at that price. If you can find more sellers, it would be advised. You have very good proof, but you just need some extra proof to support that low end.

1-2 links at 7.5 keys?

there are 13 pages on outpost, 1-2 links is not enough proof

i dont know it looks fair for me :/

At the time I looked through outpost I was trying to gather proof of non painted B.M.O.C's; I would have more links for 7.5ish keys but most of those sell within two weeks while the pages are then filled with un-solds of 8 keys.
