Sale 2 is not an outlier if it sold < 1 day.

the time of the sale has nothing to do with outliers

because it sold for an unusual

"quicksells" are only valid for pure sales

however, the difference between the 2 sales provided is 0.5 - which is not a small gap + i provided a declined offer of 20 keys

that makes it an outlier
