Honestly, this seems rather low. Owned this hat twice, easily gotten offers above 12.5 both times. To the watch, when i owned it, i had offers of well above 9, one was a Roboactive Milkman and a Cloudy Tam o Shanter. Additonally, the only charmers on the market rejected 14 pure, pretty sure you can call this an outliner, mainly because we valued the Watch differently back then.
