Yes I have another now. The one I sold was Level 61 and the one I currently own is Level 85. In case anybody asks.

You need to apply overpay on the hats.

Also, the drill is outdated and needs a mini.

No overpay required because the hats were not offered but rather offered on. Overpay applies to people who offer the hats only.

"All OFFERED hats and items should be taken at 90% of their original average price."

      not offered on.

e.g. If someone had offered Hat X on Hat Y (and that it sold) and they wanted to use that sale for a pc, Hat X's price would be *0.9.

If Hat Y was offered on Hat X, no overpay is required because Hat X was not offered, but rather offered on.

      Confusing I know.

"If the suggestion is for an offered hat (where the person offering on another hat is technically expected to overpay), do not calculated overpay or reverse overpay. Take both hats at 100% of their original average value."

      Drill on Outpost

      http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/238140234

Format : Hat's Outpost Link - B/o price, C/o's, and anything else notable listed in their intro thing.

      http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24647161 - B/o = 10 (did not specify pure or unusual)

      http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20256955 - C/o = 10 pure, electrostatic crone's dome (19), scorching bat company man (15)

      http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19052012 - B/o = 12 pure, 15 unu

      http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24360845 - No listed prices or c/o's.

And tons offers on each of those posts.

Mindacos is right, you need to apply overpay. The Tavish was offered, thus its value needs to be multiplied by 0.9. It would be Hat X in the first example.

Also the Drill is duped, so you definitely need a mini specifically on duped Burning Drills. And for that, you need sale(s), not offers or buyouts.

then the tavish needs a mini too

          http://puu.sh/eWyJL/74ed5426c3.png

offers of 11-13 this hat is NOT worth 7.5

I thought it was when you offer the hat you're price checking you *0.9 (that being the hat is being OFFERED and when someone else offers a hat on your hat, since the other hat isn't being priced it stays the same). And the offered hat (Hat Y in my example) does not require overpay. Since the hat was offered on, there is no overpay required.

"If the suggestion is for an offered hat (where the person offering on another hat is technically expected to overpay), do not calculated overpay or reverse overpay. Take both hats at 100% of their original average value."

          Or is that completely backwards.

I had discussed this with a friend prior, and this was the definition we ended up agreeing on. ( http://puu.sh/eWGHh/826493ed51.png )

Here's your mini on duped Burning Drill

Sold for Sunbeams Tossle + 8 keys + flipflops (5 keys)

        (9.75 + 1 basically) = 10.75

        http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24734991

        sold 1hr ago.

        before: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24734991

        after: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24784609

Comes out at 9.8 with overpay.

Unless you can prove that the Lucky Shot was offered on the Drill, you'd need to resuggest at 7.4-8.8

Drill was offered on the Lucky Shot through a trade offer.

"he just sent me a trade offer without posting on my outpost or adding me, and I didn't post on his outpost or add him either"

So if I am to understand, *0.9 is applied when a hat is offered on you but not when you offer on a hat.

So if I had offered Hat X on Hat Y (and we're pricing Hat X), no overpay is applied for Hat Y's value.

But if Hat Y is offered on Hat X (and we're pricing Hat X), overpay is required on Hat Y's value.

(9.75+5/15)*.9+8/15= 9.6083 <- this the value you should use for the mini

            9.6083 *.9= 8.64747 (8.7)<- This is the high end

8.25 *.9=7.425(7.4) <- This is your low end.

            Please resuggest @ 7.4~8.7

Overpay is required for non pure items in minis

You think a mini should be suggested for the DeGroot as well? as neobenedict said.

Unless you can prove that the current range is inaccurate, no mini is required.

I personally don't see that necessary.

.25 is 1/4th of 1 bud (easily divisible) and is the exact medium value of the hats.

Wot. I am asking you to round off the value to the nearest decimal point. A mini is required for the burning drill as it is both outdated and duped. Your last suggestion was a year ago, Things have changed.

Please resuggest with overpay applied and provide a mini for the burning drills

                Yeah I know.

edit: misread and edited the post 30sec later and then Tomato edited his post as well.

There are way more sales than just these two. Try finding them instead.

            Also:

            http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22834836 - offered on a C.bubbled phantom (I had a b/o of 7 for the phantom)

            Moreover:

            http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24374723 - b/o of 9 buds more almost a month.

Your high end is obviously too high.
