these 2 sales are still valid

they are really far off the react sales

sale 2 is totally an outlier

sale 1 is way to old to be used ( it is a month old =4 weeks + 2 days VS 2 day old sale and week old sale )

i'd say you are right if it was 1 sale,but there are 2 sales above what you are suggesting

not to say,you don't have a mini for the grease,so technically that sale is unusable

There are recent sales for the Blizzardy storm greased lightning.

It wasn't 3 keys pure in refs. It was only 26 refs (~1.9 keys). It wasn't 7 keys in items but more of ~3.8 keys in items as shown from the backpack history http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198043781630?time=1422086400

So in total, that sale would've been ~2.4 buds instead.

So including sales from the previous accepted suggestion, the blizzardy storm greased lightning sale seems to be the outlier. As 3v1lcl0n3|[H]Items [W]Pure correctly pointed out, those sales are not outdated and should be included when considering the range for this hat.

Now whether or not to resuggest at 2.4-3.1, the mean value for the current range is (2.95 buds) and the mean value of 2.4-3.1 buds is 2.75 buds). So a difference of 0.2 buds. A suggestion with a difference of 0.2 buds is redundant especially when the last accepted suggestion was just 16 days ago. So there is no need for a new price suggestion with such a small change in value.
