Current price is certainly wrong, but 5.55 doesn't seem correct either.

The sellers for 5 and 5.33 have poorly bumped trades.

Yes it does matter, 5 ref is unbumped and 5.33 is bumped horribly

The point was that people are (somewhat) actively selling below the current value. If they were well bumped and did/didn't sell, it would he demonstrating exactly the same thing.
