Hello, I am creating this price suggestion because I just purchased a clean Burning Front Runner. I traded a Roboactive Blighted Beak + 10 keys for it. During the trading process, I valued the Burning Front Runner as 25 buds pure and around 30 buds in unusuals. As of me typing this, there are currently two other Burning Front Runners on Outpost, but both of them are duped.

Here is the TF2Outpost listing from the user I bought the Burning Front Runner from: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24616328. Here on backpack.tf the Roboactive Blighted Beak is priced at 25 buds.

You would need to apply overpay for that Roboactive Beak and it is currently outdated.

You need to apply overpay on the beak since you offered, so beak x 0.9 to remove 10 %, and also the beak is outdated so you need to wait the new update, or doing a minisuggestion on the beak

I made a private offer to the previous owner of the Beak. Yes, my Yellow Belt was involved in the trade but I paid pure as well, why wasn't that recorded in the link? The guy with the Beak has been banned from Outpost and was quickselling the Beak. I believe I paid somewhere around 20 for it with the Belt, pure, and items.

I've never left a price suggestion before, so I did not factor in overpay. Sorry about that. Even with the Beak being outdated, it was still considered to be in the 24-25 range pure during the trading process. The other two owners of the Roboactive Beak are not currently selling, so the one I had + past sales is really all we have to go off of.

Don't know if I can trust you here - you didn't deny a beams MYB was in the trade for the beak, on that rejected RA Beak suggestion.

Sure. I had no idea you could look at trade history, I thought you were just able to view past trade offers. Anyway, I spoke with the previous user and discovered I paid a little over 17 buds (We considered the Belt to be worth 15 in the trade and the keys + items added up to a little over 2 buds). I forgot how much I actually paid because we had quite the discussion over a period of time. Here was a trade the previous user put up two months ago before he was banned from Outpost about quickselling for 17 buds. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23487299

To recap, our final trade for the Beak was a quicksale price of around what we both considered to be around 17 buds in mixed. I don't think the value of the Beak should be decreased because a user got banned from Outpost and wanted to quicksale the item. The item was previously purchased for 25 in pure before that.

In addition, the item was gotten away from Bobsplosion due to him making a mistake and trading it on accident. I don't think the value of the item (Roboactive Blighted Beak) should be diminished because of all those circumstances involved (Bob losing the item, the guy who got the Beak quickselling, etc). Due to those circumstances I got the Beak for what I would call a very great price, but I don't believe that's the actual value of the hat as I got multiple offers of over 20 in items or mixed when I put the hat up for trade.

When I did the trade for the Burning Front Runner, it was assumed by both of us that the Beak was valued at around 24-25 buds; as was the Front Runner. Clearly, the previous owner of my Burning Front Runner valued the hat at 25 pure judging from his Outpost trade. Here is a little more information about the value of my Burning Front Runner. I was offered a clean Spellbound Galvanized Gibus for my Burning Flames Front Runner + 3 buds. The proof of the offer is out my Outpost and here in Steam chat: http://i59.tinypic.com/2n9kmev.jpg and as you can see in the Steam chat the owner of the Gibus values his hat at 30 buds. There is also another owner of the same Gibus that values his at 35 buds. It's tricky because there is no backpack value for the hat. The other owner of the Gibus has turned down a Frostbite Boxcar Bomber and the Bomber was sold previously for around 25 in unusuals and items: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24798910. On BP the Arcana Gibus is valued at 28 buds, just as a reference point.

Thus, if the Spellbound Gibus owner values his hat at 30 and would take my FR +3 buds for it then he values my FR at roughly 26-27 buds.

I'll post some more offers if I get anymore, but basically, the Front Runner's in general really need updated pricing.

I took the hat off of Outpost for a few days and just put it back up the other day. Even though I think the hat is worth around 24-25 buds, I will give this person a discount because 21.5 pure does not come around very often.
