Can't get a range from one sale, Tossle is outdated, and you forgot to apply overpay. There are also plenty of other sales in the past month. http://backpack.tf/item/3173094728

How much overpay would need to be calcuated? The only valid sale besides the one I provided is one for a haunted ghosts snaggletooth, but this is the newest sale. Wouldnt that make this sale more valid that the older one?

To apply overpay you take the mid value of an item and multiply it by 0.9. I see 6 transactions for the hat in the past month, there are plenty that are valid and you will need to consider them if you want a suggestion for this hat to go through. Alright thanks for the help, but i will repeat again, many of the people who traded this hat did it apart from outpost and it is hard to track the trades

Meh, outpost trades don't often tell you anything and you should always check a backpack scan anyways to be sure their offer actually went through if they did post anything on outpost. The history of the hat tells you when it was last seen and using that you can just look through backpack scans of both parties on the relevant date and see what changed. For instance;

Sold for Miami Nights Sack + Pro Original Kit + ~1 key in sweets

No previous bp scans but history of hetmans matches up
