It's tricky; you've got a second sale but the Sulphorous Sola Topi and Overclocked Human Cannonball are outdated (3 months and one year respectively)
The Sulph. Sola Topi isn't that outdated and it's currently on the market with a B/O for 3 buds:

but the OC Cannonball is really outdated and 1:1; what makes things worse is that the last time it was seen was in a scammer alt's backpack - http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,2056988578,817,5
so that hat is pretty much gone.
On the flip side, your D. Burning Anger mini looks in order and it does fit in with your first sale.

Well, looking at the Overclocked Sober Stuntman the price is still outdated by nine months and there are two on the market

First link is asking for offers (and there haven't been any) and the other has a B/O at 14 keys (also with no offers) which means changes the values of your low end (since the B/O can't be higher than what the hat has been sold for).
Still pretty complicated though, in fact this suggestion may have gotten even more complicated :S
Rip the cannonball and stuntsman are both disgusting helmet things,I'll try to find a sale for the sola topi again but I couldn't find a usable sale yesterday.the mini I did for the "cannonball" was actually for the stuntsman.

i cant find ANY useable sale for the sola topi,i have looked through all of the history s and not a single sale is useable.quick question before i re-suggest and fix all my mistakes,if a hat was very up to date at the time of sale do i still have to update it.because the sola topis price was only 1 month old at the time of the sale

Oof, I'm not sure about that, you might want to talk to an admin about that.
Personally, I think the sale for Sola Topi should be valid because I consider it akin to the price of keys and buds however long ago; the price of keys is the price it was then, not the price it is now. Mini on the Stuntsman looks good if there haven't been any other sales recently so I think you're good to go.
tl:dr - The price of Topi should be fine and the mini for the Stuntsman is good; looks like a resuggest at 16-18 buds is good.
You just might want to run it though an admin or roll the dice and see what they'll say on the next suggestion.
