It also seems like he either doesn't know how to close trades or just likes keeping them up since he's got a few trades up on OP while he no longer has the items in his backpack.

The only item in that trader's inventory is a pair of pyrovision's goggles. I'm not sure what's going on with him, but I don't think we can treat his trades as valid.
