You don't need to have more than 1 sale for a mini, if he has 1 sale that's perfectly fine, as long as it's not controversial.

You don't need to apply overpay (*0.9) for pure sales.

Searing Handle is outdated, you should make a mini on it to refine the suggestion price.

Notice the mini-suggestions present. You won't need that many minis for just a Handyman's Handle but keep in mind it should probably be structured around the same as it is in the example.

You have a good foundation here, I definitely feel like with a bit of correction you'll be better at this kinda thing.

Numero Uno: Overpay is only for item sales. Not pure.

Numero Dos: Handyman is outdated, mini suggestion, as the name would suggest, to refresh its value to give it a fresh price.

Numero Tres: Why 18 keys if half somewhat supports 18? Why not a range? Something like 16-18?

16 - 18? Where is 16 coming from? If he has a sale at 17.5 and 18, 17.5 rounds up to 18 as we're suppose to round up with to whole integer's when using key values.

The 16 was when he previously applied the overpay, and I was dumbfounded to not take that into consideration.
