6 + 4 = 6.3 (rounded to one decimal point), with 14 keys = earbuds currently.
I now wear these together and they look awesome. http://backpack.tf/item/2069177891 http://backpack.tf/item/2036137265
I expected this to be higher...
Anyway, as it is 1:1, are you ever planning on trading it again?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24839858
Then... shouldn't he get two sales?
Correct, two sales are needed unless a month has passed since the first sale.
Yes but at an unknown time which could be years from now. See Part 3, Exception 2. http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-new-unusual-price-suggestion-guide-the-cheat-sheet/
you can't ignore the one sale criteria based on -time it takes to sell- speculation
If you're putting it back on the market, you can't price it.
That is not correct. I am, in no way, required to not post it up for further offers. http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-new-unusual-price-suggestion-guide-the-cheat-sheet/ Feel free to consider my other unusuals. I generally hold onto them and only sell when I get once-in-a-lifetime offers. Also, unless I otherwise do so (someone suddenly offers me ten pure earbuds for it alone), I won't be selling it separately from my Bonk Boy. From that, a value won't be obtainable.
"Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred."
There haven't at all been other sales within the last few months. As I've mentioned above, I qualify for the second point as well (I'm not going to type a specific Outpost note saying "Just together as a set or crazy over-payment for one alone" because that scares away potential offers).
So correct me if I'm wrong; you're still reselling it.
Because if you are, that means you can't price it.
Countless suggestions have been closed of 1:1 hats because they've purchased their hat and then relisted it.
It doesn't matter whether or not you're collecting offers, you can't have it on the market if you're gonna price it.
You did not read my response.
Did you get the hat a month ago?
Are you keeping the hat?
No?
Then you shouldn't be pricing it.
"The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred." Where you said, "It doesn't matter whether or not you're collecting offers, you can't have it on the market if you're gonna price it," is completely false.
Yes I am keeping the hat in the immediate future. You've no right to tell me that I must sell it or keep it private for now. Also, just read my response before trying to give me incorrect information. Exceptions are allowed for.
I don't understand your aggression here. I'm happily providing backpack.tf with my purchase's information. You seem intent to prevent this from happening. Your general treatment of me here in addition to your refusal to read the guide that you're incorrectly quoting from is, in no way, in backpack.tf's best interest. Please consider this in future.
I'm not being aggressive. ALL CAPS IS AGGRESSIVE GRR.
You're still not allowed to have it on the market.
EDIT: I'm not pulling the tidbit of being on the market out of my ass, I remember it from this suggestion:
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54c45bddba8d887f508b4965
Both Vrakos and polar (and even Madbringer) said what I'm saying here.
"You're still not allowed to have it on the market." Why not? Please show me this rule because this seems to be the point at which we disagree.
read ninja edit.
You're still intentionally misquoting people. At that time, that hat had not been confirmed to satisfy the requirements for being considered a rare hat (already another exists now). BPB even stated this. "Thanks for the suggestion, but as indicated, this does not meet the criteria for pricing off one sale." Please also note that the discussions there even included it having had another sale. http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,3431302532,30314,5
and this?
Since you are reselling, it won't meet the criteria. However, if it is still unsold one month from now, you may resuggest.
You and I both know that BPB said that because it was in reference to a non-rare hat, as we've already established. I thought that that was rather obvious because they'd just spent all of those posts telling him that his hat can't be classified as a rare hat yet.
non-rare hat
None on the market and only two exist. You're right, definitely not rare.
Oh well, you're not budging and I'm not convinced. Let's see what the mods say.
No, it's not rare in the above-mentioned guide's definition. In that suggestion, it's stated multiple times that only one exists. Now more exist. http://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Slo-Poke/Tradable/Craftable/35 As for "None on the market and only two exist," read that suggestion itself. He removed it after being told to do so. Why are you upset about my refusal to follow your order to do the same? You've just been selectively quoting sentences without context to pose your argument, all the while ignoring anything that I've typed.
Again, I ask to you to please show me this general rule that forbids my placement of my hat on Outpost while creating a backpack.tf suggestion. (I know that no such rule exists because that would be viewed as manipulative.)
Then think in the context of the suggeston; only one hat existed at the time of the suggestion.
lol I'm not ordering you to do anything, I'm just citing what other people have said.
I haven't been doing that, but whatever, see the previous comment's last line.
"Then think in the context of the suggeston; only one hat existed at the time of the suggestion." There will not be another Poisoned Shadows Front Runner for, at the very least, almost a year now. It's a limited effect.
"lol I'm not ordering you to do anything, I'm just citing what other people have said." My apologies for misinterpreting your comments. "Did you get the hat a month ago? Are you keeping the hat? No? Then you shouldn't be pricing it." "It doesn't matter whether or not you're collecting offers, you can't have it on the market if you're gonna price it." "You're still not allowed to have it on the market."
"I haven't been doing that, but whatever, see the previous comment's last line." Again, I ask to you to please show me this general rule that forbids my placement of my hat on Outpost while creating a backpack.tf suggestion.
looks very nice, congrats. i need to find something that goes with my front runner. my bonk boy isn't cutting it.
Bonk boy only scout misc tho ;-;
not sure how there's so much arguing about this,
@fargoth, you're reselling it on outpost, this is not a debatable point. thus this suggestion doesn't meet the one sale criteria since you are not a collector and you obviously don't intend to keep it
If you want to know what a true Single-Price sale and what a 'Collector' is Julia, I suggest looking at my Spellbound Dixie suggestion http://backpack.tf/vote/id/549b0f72b88d885e188b46dc
