Basically, you only have 1 proof for your price suggestion. I don't know what is the purpose of that second proof of yours.

The fact there's a sale for a pretty dead crate is enough.

Probably a tad bit high. SCM suggests this is closer to 6-7. But definitely better than the current range. Usually after accepting suggestions like this, a lot more sellers hit the market and the price regresses a bit to what it should be. I expect that to be 6-7.
