It's my second suggestion, so I'm still getting my feet wet.
I bought this 1 of 1 Hellfire Safe'n'Sound for $144 USD shortly after it was uncrated in the 2013 Halloween Event. http://i.imgur.com/z0xMIqr.jpg
I recently upgraded the loadout that I used this hat with and was planning on keeping it anyway. c0rn!x had previously expressed interest and reached out to me to see if I was willing to sell it. After a week, I decided to sell it under the condition that if he ever planned on selling it, I'd have the opportunity to buy it back first.
I'm a nice guy, so I didn't want to gouge him. I offered to sell it to him for the price I bought it for in buds or cash. This came out to be 5 buds using the agreed upon bp.tf's bud valuation (I chose not to have him use the $24-25 price for buds I've been buying at lately for the sake of a reasonable trade).
c0rn!x is a Safe'n'Sound collector with over 30 different unusual Safe'n'Sounds. I doubt he'll ever sell it again, and if he does it will be coming back to me.

Well this is about as straightforward as it gets. Hat is a 1 of 1 with a Halloween effect, it's the only sale in over a year, went for 5 buds pure, clear screenshots were provided of the sale, and it sold to someone who is very clearly a collector.
