Is it just me or the suggested price changed from 1.22-1.33 to 1.22; same with current price??

If 1.22 quicksells then why not just remove the range and just do 1.33?

Because there are still a few vendors at 1.22 that haven't sold, that's why he's keeping it in the range.

If all the links had QS, then it would merit a flat 1.33.

Too many available at 1.22 and so few sales at 1.33. Also, we have no idea when those hats sold at 1.33 (many of your links are few weeks old, which is outdated and in your proofs, only 1 link is recent). Until I see more recent sales at 1.33 to prove that 1.33 is not outlier, I will upvote.
