Additional Supporting Proof

A few more points to note. A few of the hats in the offers have outdated suggestions.

Found a recent sale in which a Cloudy Moon Ushanka was traded 1:1 for a 1-of-2 Frostbite Company Man. That's quite the 1:1 trade. Obviously it doesn't help all that much in this situation, since the Company Man does not have a price, but something tells me that hat will probably be worth >8 Buds.

I'll keep digging for more proof on the Ushanka and post more data in the comments as it arises. Nothing indicates to me that this hat has dropped, but if the data shows otherwise, it will be changed.

Two different Haunted Yellow Belts, but both sales share something in common: A user has offered a GE Attendant as a 1:1 for both hats, and on both offers is pending approval. The GE Attendant is currently priced at 6.73 buds, or 6.03 after overpay is applied. Should one of them sell for that, or even if the offerer adds in a bit more, it would solidify the price.
