(3 * 0.9) + 2 = 4.7. Duped sales being higher is acceptable, and that's close enough to the low-end to support it.

Nonetheless, you are essentially still dropping the price of this unusual based on duped sales. You might argue that the previously accepted suggestion was using the duped version of the hat too. If you look at the item history, this hat was duped around august which is ~5 months ago and the suggestion was accepted 7 months ago which means that this hat wasn't duped at the time that suggestion was made and accepted.

Even so, the B\O at 3.5 is clean, and that's still far below the average of this range. Besides, duping doesn't matter at 3 buds and below, so whether the 3 bud B/O being duped matters is debatable.

The only clean version of the hat with recent sales is this http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24626181 b/o 3.6 buds which i think he quicksale for 2 buds 7 keys pure. If you are going to just take the b/o, then 3.5 * 0.9 = ~3.2 + 2 buds. = ~5.2 buds. So your low end is lower than this sale now?

This seems really low. I actually was strongly considering buying the clean one from mittens. But then I saw that he had been selling it for months with crap offers. For the longest time, his highest documented offer was the 4 pure. And when he finally sold it for ~5, that was the highest offer he received in a long time that I saw. I think this range is fine considering the duped one has had sales right around where the clean one is.
