ushanka is the only updated price. Re Suggest at 5.5 flat, unless you want to do a mini for the luch (which you should do).

since the seller on outpost here at 7 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24875736 and the low end was a bulk sale you should just do 6.1-7.2. Lot smaller range as well.
