For 9 key sale, you would add up the values of the items and multiply the result of that by 0.9

I'll try to be more clear next time, but the answer does come out to be the same either way. 3+3+4=10, 10*.9=9

both shades and the bounty had to be wrapped

and as far as i remember prices are w/o wraps

Are your referring to the fact that I priced them w/o wraps? I did do that, but as far as I know most don't factor in wraps, as it is a expense on the part of the seller.
