Selling for 12 keys or a bud: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24790882 the guy claims he bought it for 14 keys.
I bought mine+black villain's veil+black genuine anger+vintage soldiers stash+key for a stormy storm bloke's(middle range was 15 at the time).
My first price suggestion, tell me what i could improve(I couldn't find any solds on trade.tf search)
Selling =/= Sold. Also, you might want to check if he really did pay 14 keys. Do you have a screenshot of your own trade?
No, but you can look at my backpack history, the only thing i got rid of that day was the bloke's and the only things i recieved were the items i listed
Did you offer on the hat, or did the guy offer on the hat? 10% overpay with the hats may apply here, depending on the situation. Also, in the event that your proof is valid, you still need one more sale, if I do remember right, as it is not going to a collector's, it will most likely be sold within 3 months, and the hat itself is not unique (1 of 1 or along those boundaries). When you suggest, you will want to provide the link with dates of when the hat was in your backpack and when it left your backpack. That aside, I've seen worse, but you tried :D
Try checking all potential sources (Outpost, Bazaar, Backpack.tf) for the histories, etc. You also need solds and proof. Good luck!

that doesnt show if they added items does it?
no but if he did add anything else the seller would likely try to sell it. i checked every item worth noting in the sellers bp and nothing from the buyer besides the samson skewer
where does your range come from?
I didn't see much evidence to increase it, but there wasnt any trades for 10 other than that one guys 10.5 quicksell Prince posted, so I figured it would make sense to take the 10 off of the range.
you can't just get your range from no where, you need to prove the range with sales
