Concerning the mini for the Titanium (broken link), the B/O is 2.2 but unsold for 2 months! Anyway, the hat is duped, maybe that's the reason why it hasn't sold

Anyway, I digged a little bit in clean sales and apparently found a QS at 30 keys (2 buds) there http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24664295 and sold for 28 keys within 3 days there http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24163143 but buds weren't the same currency at the time (making a sale at ~2.5 buds). Appears that your estimation is good enough.

First sale -> maybe Paypal involved (some trust ratings of the buyer are Paypal related, not any movements of items between the 2 bp)
